Peter Smith  -- Bodyscapes is a sculptural show by Calgary artist, Peter Smith in which he explores forms and shapes that recur in nature.

Peter Smith studied art at S.A.I.T. in the 1960's and has been a dedicated and highly original life-long artist.

Peter focuses mainly on making sculpture, working in a variety of media, including metal, clay, papier-mâché and currently styrene. Peter views the world through the eyes of an artist, seeing potential for art in everything around him. He has transformed his house, an ordinary bungalow, into a sculptural work of art.
 
Interested primarily in the creative process, he continues to develop new ideas in his Calgary studio. His sculptures have been shown in a variety of galleries including The Turacos Gallery and Art is Vital Gallery.
